Following the successful SMARTretail trial at two Boots high street stores a further 50 store roll-out for the latest ADAM SMARTretail building management system has been unveiled.
ADAM will be installing the revolutionary wireless management system enabling Boots to monitor and control their retail outlets via a web browser. ADAM Proactive Site Management controls each store’s, electrical appliances, heating systems, lighting and security devices. As part of the ADAM Proactive Site Management their dedicated team will seek to refine the stores control in an ongoing drive to deliver further energy cost savings and an even greater reduction in carbon emissions.
“If the trial results are repeated across the estate, we expect to see some dramatic energy savings,” said ADAM director Joe Blower. “Boots are excited by the control we can give them and the savings they can make. We’re just delighted that such a high profile retailer has committed to our revolutionary system.”
SMARTretail is on test at several other high street retail operators and further information is expected shortly.
