SMARTrestaurant distributor appointed

ADAM has appointed SMARTenergy Systems as its sole distributor of the SMARTrestaurant System. Designed specifically to enable restaurant and bar operators to better control their energy consumption, SMARTenergy is already experiencing high interest in the service.

“We've completed a trial on behalf the Bar & Grill in Manchester,” said director Jon Ogden. “We demonstrated immediate energy savings of over 17% so the system proved its worth from day one. Over a year, the savings are set to be considerable.”

SMARTrestaurant also features a range of additional user friendly features which enable the operator to control and manage their restaurants via web browsers, whether they are office based or on the move.

Appliances, heating and lighting patterns can all be altered remotely, so staff on site no longer have responsibility for running them.

Given the success of the trials, demand for the system is expected to be extremely strong, particularly given the impact sister product, SMARTretail, has made in its market sector.
