In partnership with US distributor Viking Systems Inc, ADAM have been awarded the contract to equip 84 prestigious condos in the channelside area of Tampa Bay, Florida with SMARThome. The Ventana complex is amongst one of the first developments in an area earmarked for regeneration, as the international tourism and second home business continues to grow in the sunshine state. The project sets the standards for condo specifications with SMARThome providing environmental control, security and remote management capability. Occupiers in the Ventana complex will be able to control their home settings from a mobile phone or PC. Similarly, any in-home problems will be notified immediately to the owners via text messaging and email.
